Hope Rising Outpatient

Hope Rising is a full-service recovery, mental health, and family practice facility located in Utah with three locations: St George, Hurricane, and New Harmony. The practice specializes in substance use treatment including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), mental health counseling, and adult family medicine. Hope Rising treats the whole person by addressing all contributing factors to health challenges. The facility provides board-certified practitioners for primary care, including routine check-ups and chronic disease management, as well as board-certified mental health practitioners for counseling and medication management. The practice began as a small detox center and has expanded to serve clients from across the United States. Hope Rising emphasizes individualized and customized treatment that incorporates both substance abuse and mental health services, available 24 hours a day for substance use admissions.
