Hope Harbor Wellness

Hope Harbor Wellness is an outpatient addiction treatment center located in Hiram, Georgia, serving Metro Atlanta and Northwest Georgia communities across 15 locations in Paulding, Douglas, Cobb, Cherokee, Carroll, and Bartow counties. Founded and operated by people with lived recovery experience, the center provides evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Treatment programs include outpatient drug detox with medical supervision, Partial Hospitalization (PHP) 5 days per week, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) 3 days per week, virtual IOP via telehealth for Georgia residents, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Suboxone and Vivitrol for opioid and alcohol use disorder. All treatment is integrated so that addiction and mental health conditions are addressed simultaneously rather than sequentially. The center offers same-day assessments and admissions 24/7, with same-day MAT induction available for clients in withdrawal.
