Hockanum Valley Community Council Inc

HVCC is a community-based social services organization with three locations in Connecticut: Vernon, Norwich, and Willimantic. The organization provides counseling and psychiatry services, opioid services, medication management, case management, transportation assistance, food pantry services, parenting education, and vocational education. HVCC offers flexible appointment times including early morning, late-night, and weekend sessions available both virtually and in-person. The organization operates an extended hours clinic and provides a free needs assessment to help clients determine which services are most appropriate for their situation. HVCC is dedicated to meeting comprehensive social service needs and helping individuals navigate mental health support, state and federal programs, transportation, and food assistance.
