Henderson County Rural Health Center

Eagle View Community Health System is a federally qualified health center with locations in Oquawka, Stronghurst, and Monmouth, Illinois. The organization provides integrated medical, behavioral health, dental, and substance use services to adults and pediatric populations. Services include annual wellness visits, behavioral health treatment, substance use services, women's health, dental care including a mobile dental clinic, and community health worker support.
