Evidence-based approaches
Peer support
Peer Recovery Support. A credentialed person in long-term recovery walks alongside you, sharing what worked for them and connecting you to the right resources at the right moment.
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Spots the thought-feeling-action loops that fuel urges, then rewires them with practical skills you take into the moment.
Group therapy
Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
Telemedicine/telehealth therapy
Telehealth Therapy. Real clinical sessions delivered over video. Same evidence base as in-person care for most conditions; meets you where you actually are instead of where the office is.
