Help Recovery Centers

Help Recovery Centers is an outpatient substance abuse treatment service located in Murfreesboro and Christiana, Tennessee, with services available throughout the state via video and telehealth programs. The center assists clients with developing and maintaining purposeful, enjoyable recovery from substance use disorder. The practice employs clinical director Tom Diffenderfer (LADAC II, QCS) and addiction therapist Tiffany Porter (BS, LADAC II) who use an integrated, individualized approach incorporating cognitive retraining techniques and FDA-approved medications for substance abuse and mood disorder treatment. Help Recovery Centers utilizes state-of-the-art technology including an interactive workbook and mobile app that enables clients to check in with counselors every morning and evening, seven days a week. The program addresses substance use disorders and co-occurring anxiety through evidence-based treatment approaches.
