Region II Human Services is the Behavioral Health Authority for 17 counties in West Central Nebraska, serving Arthur, Chase, Dawson, Dundy, Frontier, Gosper, Grant, Hayes, Hitchcock, Hooker, Keith, Lincoln, Logan, McPherson, Perkins, Red Willow, and Thomas counties. Services include outpatient therapy, medication assisted treatment, crisis response, open access same-day intakes, community support, emergency support, day support, youth care coordination, and prevention services. Region II operates in partnership with Heartland Counseling, with clinic locations in North Platte, Ogallala, Lexington, and McCook, Nebraska.
