Heartland Center for Behavioral Change

Heartland Center for Behavioral Change is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization founded in 1982 that provides behavioral healthcare and substance use disorder services. The organization has been operating for more than thirty years and served more than 5,000 people last year through detoxification and substance use treatment programs. Services are available to persons in need with the assistance of public funding, and are provided on a non-discriminatory basis regardless of race, gender, sexual preference, creed, marital status, national origin, disability, or age. The organization's mission is to help individuals lead healthier, happier, and more productive lives.
