Heartland Center for Behavioral Change is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization founded in 1982 that provides behavioral healthcare and substance use disorder services. The organization has been operating for more than thirty years and served more than 5,000 people last year through detoxification and substance use treatment programs.
