This is an outpatient addiction treatment program located in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, CA that provides individualized treatment and recovery services with fully integrated on-site medical care. The program is physician-managed and offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using medications including buprenorphine products (Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv, Brixadi, Sublocade), naloxone, naltrexone, and Vivitrol to manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Clients undergo a full physician assessment and receive a multidisciplinary approach combining group counseling, individual counseling, case management, psychotherapy, and medical care. The program is certified by the State of California Department of Health Care Services and treats substance use disorders including alcohol, opioids, methamphetamine, stimulants, kratom, and cannabis. Telehealth is available, and the program can coordinate referrals for hospital care, residential treatment, and sober living as needed.
