HealthFinders Collaborative is a community health center established in 2005 that provides comprehensive primary care, mental health and substance use services to underserved and uninsured families in Rice and Steele Counties. The organization operates as a nonprofit that works across the continuum of wellness through primary care, medication assistance, patient education, advocacy, and community-based wellness programming. HealthFinders is powered by volunteers who serve as medical, dental, and mental health providers, nurses, language interpreters, and support staff. The center is committed to providing affordable, high-quality, and culturally appropriate healthcare to people with limited alternatives, regardless of income, race, or background.
