HCRS is a community mental health and developmental services organization serving southeastern Vermont across Windham and Windsor counties. They provide mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services to over 4,000 people annually. Services include crisis stabilization and emergency response available 24/7 for adults, children, and families. The organization offers children and youth programs for those experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance use difficulties, adult outpatient programs including individual, group, couples, and family counseling, and developmental disability services supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in community and family settings. HCRS operates 18 locations from Hartford to Brattleboro, with headquarters in Springfield. Care Coordination services are available to anyone regardless of whether they are an HCRS client, assisting with housing, food, transportation, substance use services, and other resources.
