HCC Network

HCC Network is a federally qualified health center serving rural communities across Missouri with six clinic locations: Buckner, Carrollton, Concordia, Independence, Lexington, and Waverly, plus outreach mobile units. The organization offers integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Medical services include primary care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, immunizations, sports physicals, well-woman exams, and preventive care. Dental services encompass exams, cleanings, fluoride treatment, x-rays, fillings, extractions, cavity repair, and surgery referrals. Behavioral health services are provided for all ages and treat conditions including substance abuse, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric assessments, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Additional services include peer recovery support, telehealth visits, an after-hours nurse advice line, and connections to community resources. HCC Network is an FTCA deemed facility and a Health Center Program grantee.
