Haven

The Haven is a nonprofit substance use recovery program for women, including pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women. Founded in 1970, the organization operates a residential treatment center and outpatient clinic located in midtown Tucson. The program offers residential and intensive outpatient treatment rooted in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care, with participants able to stay in either program for up to 90 days. Services include individual counseling, case management, peer support, employment readiness, parenting classes, yoga, legal aid workshops, and housing assistance. The Haven also provides free recovery housing for women without stable housing during IOP participation. The organization's mission is to help women heal from substance use and co-occurring disorders while reuniting families and strengthening mother-child bonds.
