High Point Treatment Center is a nonprofit organization incorporated in 1996 that provides substance use and mental health treatment services. The organization operates a full continuum of care including detoxification and rehabilitation programs as well as outpatient services. High Point and its affiliates, including the Southeast Regional Network and NeBCOA (incorporated in 1971), provide short and long-term residential services in New Bedford and Plymouth, Massachusetts. The organization's mission is to prevent and treat substance use and mental health disorders while helping individuals achieve personal change and improved quality of life. Treatment is guided by NIDA Principles of Effective Treatment and incorporates behavioral therapies, individual and family counseling, and medication-assisted treatment when appropriate.
