Guidance Center of Westchester Inc

The Guidance Center of Westchester offers essential support to those challenged by mental illness, substance use, poverty, and homelessness. The organization provides urgent care walk-in services for mental health and substance use (no appointment, referral, or insurance requirement). They serve children, teens, adults, and families with individual, group, and family psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Additional services include educational and career support for adolescents and young adults ages 13-24, vocational services and job coaching for people with histories of mental health or substance use disorders, and housing services with case management for those with histories of homelessness. Locations are in Mount Vernon and New Rochelle, New York.
