Green Country Behavioral Hlth Servs

GCBHS is a private, non-profit behavioral health agency established in 1979 serving adults, teens, and children in Muskogee and McIntosh Counties, Oklahoma. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) since 2019, the organization provides comprehensive outpatient and crisis response services including crisis intervention, mobile crisis response, and community-based crisis stabilization. They serve individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring medical conditions. Services are delivered both in-person and through telehealth and are provided regardless of ability to pay, with sliding fee scales available.
