Gosnold is a nationally accredited non-profit behavioral health and substance use treatment provider operating across Massachusetts for 50 years. Originally founded in 1972 as the Cape Cod Alcoholism Intervention and Rehabilitation Unit (CCAIRU), Gosnold provides a comprehensive continuum of care for adolescents, adults, families, and communities.
