This small private practice provides individualized substance use treatment and evaluation services. They offer comprehensive substance use assessments (also called Chemical Dependency, DUI, or SUD evaluations) that take 90 minutes and include court paperwork as needed. Treatment includes Low Intensity Outpatient programming consisting of 1:1 care 1-3 times per week scheduled to individual client needs, and Maintenance Programming as a step-down for continued support. The practice also offers state-approved 16 Hour DUI Seminars utilizing Prime For Life education, held every 4-6 weeks on weekends, with virtual attendance available for those outside the FM area. They provide state-approved Minor Education Seminars also using Prime For Life education. The practice emphasizes a customized approach from standard to long-term support.
