Good Neighbor Community Health Center and Good Neighbor Fremont are Federally Qualified Health Centers providing primary care and behavioral health services to anyone. They offer same-day visits without appointments and accept insured, Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured patients. Services include general and family practice, reproductive health, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, transportation, immunizations, and diabetes management. No one will be denied services based on ability to pay.
