Go Sober is a medically-based outpatient alcohol treatment program that has helped more than 2,000 clients quit alcohol permanently. The program incorporates neuroscience, pharmacology, and behavioral science to treat alcohol use disorder. Unlike traditional detox, rehab, or 12-step programs, Go Sober focuses on treating the underlying thoughts about alcohol throughout the day by addressing anxiety, irritability, and anticipation of relief. The program includes medical intervention using FDA-approved medications and nutraceutical supplements to reset the brain's reward capacity and eliminate cravings, behavior modification work with licensed counselors to address life stressors, lifestyle modification including life coaching and stress management, and transitional support to develop personalized wellness plans. Go Sober offers an in-home "We Come to You" service model, providing treatment in clients' homes, as well as virtual consultations.
