Gibault is a residential treatment facility for at-risk youth founded in 1921. The organization serves boys and girls with mild to severe emotional disturbances, aggressive and oppositional behaviors, substance abuse issues, sexually harmful or reactive behavior, learning disabilities, autism spectrum diagnoses, and various clinical issues. Treatment is provided in residential and community-based environments. Children are placed through the Indiana Department of Child Services, Department of Education, Probation, Medicaid, private pay, and the Children's Mental Health Initiative. Gibault has served over 11,300 children and their families since its establishment.
