Avita Community Partners is a resource for individuals and families in northeast Georgia experiencing mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. The organization provides comprehensive services to children, adolescents, and adults, including mental health programs, addictive disease support, services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, child and adolescent behavioral health services, a behavioral health crisis center, and suicide prevention programs. Avita also offers services specifically for deaf and hard of hearing individuals through American Sign Language fluent staff. The organization serves a 13-county region in northeast Georgia and operates a 24/7 crisis hotline.
