Generations Family Health Center Inc

Generations Family Health Center, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been serving eastern Connecticut since 1984. The organization provides primary health care, oral health care, behavioral health care, and care coordination services across multiple sites in Willimantic, Norwich, Putnam, and Danielson, as well as a school-based health center. Generations offers services to all ages and operates community programs for special populations including agricultural employees, children in foster care, children with special health care needs, and individuals experiencing homelessness. The organization also provides Ryan White HIV Early Intervention programs and support for affordable care enrollment.
