Gandara Mental Health Center

Caring Health Center is a comprehensive health center founded in 1995 serving Springfield and surrounding areas in Western Massachusetts. The center is dedicated to providing caring, affordable, high-quality health care and supportive services with a special commitment to uninsured, low-income and medically underserved persons. Services include medical care, dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy services, reproductive health, WIC services, insurance navigation, and lab services. The center operates multiple locations in Springfield, MA and provides telehealth appointments as well as in-person visits. Behavioral health services are available via in-person visits and telephone appointments.
