Spero Health provides structured, evidence-based addiction treatment services designed around individual patient needs. They offer outpatient addiction treatment, intensive outpatient programming (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and telehealth services across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia. Their integrated care approach combines physician services with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade; individual and group counseling; and recovery support services including employment, housing, healthcare, and education assistance. Treatment is based on American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) guidelines and is focused on helping patients with opioid and substance use disorders. Recovery housing (sober living homes) is available in select areas to support patient stabilization and transition to lower levels of care. The practice accepts commercial insurance and Medicaid.
