Freedom Counseling Associates LLC is a Problem Gambling Disorder Program located in Elma, Washington. Founded and operated by Troy Green, a clinician certified and licensed to treat addiction since 1999, the practice specializes in problem gambling treatment. The organization is contracted with Washington State Health Care Authority, allowing patients and their families to receive counseling and treatment with no out-of-pocket expense. Troy Green has extensive experience with substance abuse disorders, gambling disorders, and domestic violence issues. He has previously founded, owned, and operated three certified treatment agencies and worked with various tribes throughout the Northwest to establish problem gambling treatment programs and develop casino policies that reduce problem gambling. Freedom Counseling Associates offers both in-person and telehealth services.
