Fora Health, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, is one of Oregon's oldest and largest non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. For over 50 years, the organization has helped more than 55,000 individuals change their relationship to drugs and alcohol. Fora Health takes a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to treatment and offers a full continuum of care services, allowing patients to transition between levels of care.
