Fora Health, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, is one of Oregon's oldest and largest non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. For over 50 years, the organization has helped more than 55,000 individuals change their relationship to drugs and alcohol. Fora Health takes a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to treatment and offers a full continuum of care services, allowing patients to transition between levels of care. The practice provides specialty services including mental health services, dual diagnosis treatment, medications, family therapy, and peer recovery mentor services.
