Focus One Inc

Focus One is a holistic outpatient substance abuse treatment program located in St. Petersburg, Florida, established in 1989 by Dr. Patricia Noll. The program addresses all dimensions of recovery including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. Dr. Noll's approach focuses on developing real self-esteem and helping individuals feel good about themselves without relying on external dependencies such as alcohol, drugs, overeating, gambling, sex, or shopping. The treatment is grounded in the belief that addiction is a symptom of a deeper issue rooted in other-dependent esteem rather than genuine self-esteem. The program teaches individuals how to feel good, socialize, and have fun without being dependent on external sources for their sense of well-being.
