Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) is a government agency providing recovery-based and person-centered behavioral health and developmental disabilities services. FPHSA serves residents of five Florida Parishes north of Lake Pontchartrain: Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington. The organization offers mental health services, substance abuse services, developmental disability services, gambling addiction services, and prevention services. FPHSA has a sliding fee scale program to assist clients who are uninsured or underinsured. The agency partners with VIA LINK to provide 24/7 crisis counseling and support over phone, text, and online chat, including suicide intervention and opioid counseling services. Telehealth sessions are available through Zoom with providers.
