Fellowship Hall is a private, not-for-profit specialty hospital in North Carolina treating adult women and men suffering from substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. Founded in 1971 in Greensboro, the program was built on the tenets of the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and is the first alcohol and drug treatment specialty hospital licensed by the State of North Carolina. The facility sits on over 120 acres and provides holistic treatment focused on stabilization, education, and development of a support network to maintain recovery. Fellowship Hall has treated more than 31,500 guests over more than 50 years and is recognized as a center of teaching excellence, providing training to Duke University Health System's Psychiatric Residency Program and local nursing and counseling programs.
