CHANGE, Inc. is a community action agency serving northern West Virginia (Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, and Marshall counties) and Jefferson County, Ohio. Established in 1983, the organization provides health, housing, advocacy, and supportive services. Health services include family health, gynecology, pediatrics, behavioral health, addiction management, and dental health. The organization achieved Federally Qualified Health Center status in 2007. CHANGE, Inc. serves individuals regardless of income level, insurance status, or residence, with a mission to empower families and address systemic barriers to self-sufficiency. The organization has been operating for over 40 years and maintains offices in Weirton and Moundsville, West Virginia.
