Family Centers Inc

Family Centers is a community health and support organization serving lower Fairfield County for more than 130 years. The organization provides medical, dental, and mental health care for children and adults through community health centers, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. In addition to health care, Family Centers offers early childhood education for infants through preschool, English language and literacy instruction, job training, and supportive services designed to strengthen families and promote stability. Services are coordinated across their network to reduce navigation burden on patients and families. Many services are offered at no cost through grants, donors, and volunteers.
