Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a bilingual and bicultural behavioral health center specializing in comprehensive behavioral health, psychiatric care, and support services in Spanish and English to the Latine community in Massachusetts. Founded in 1984 as a grassroots response to the addiction crisis, the organization provides evidence-based recovery treatment and mental health services to multiply-diagnosed Latine patients through an integrated care model. Casa Esperanza offers multiple levels of care including residential addiction treatment programs, sober transitional housing, supportive permanent housing, mental health services, structured outpatient programs, clinical stabilization services, and detox services. The organization also provides telehealth options and serves populations including pregnant and postpartum women and youth.
