Fall Creek Counseling

Fall Creek Counseling was founded in 1984 and provides comprehensive addiction treatment services across three locations (East, West, and South) in Indianapolis. The organization treats addictions as disease processes incorporating physical, psychological, family, social, and spiritual dimensions. Services include batterer's intervention, drug and alcohol education and counseling, the Prime for Life program, assessment and service planning, intensive outpatient, relapse groups, outpatient counseling, and NCTI. Treatment is delivered by a team of professionals from various social service backgrounds. The organization provides day, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate varying schedules and offers sliding scale fees and payment plans for clients with limited means. Orientation sessions are available in English, Spanish, and Burmese with no appointment required.
