About Esperanza Brighton Park
Esperanza Health Centers is a Health Center Program grantee that provides comprehensive healthcare services to Chicago's underserved communities. The organization offers multiple service lines including adult care, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, teen health, behavioral health, HIV treatment and prevention, substance use treatment, and psychiatry. Esperanza also operates Panorama PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly designed to help older adults live at home while remaining in their communities. The health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status. Services are available in English and Spanish, with online scheduling and telehealth options available for patient convenience.
