ESM, Inc. is a Maine-based organization serving adults with developmental and behavioral health challenges. The organization's mission is to provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to become independent, self-sufficient citizens in their communities through total life planning. ESM operates under the highest professional, ethical and humanitarian standards and accepts clients regardless of their ability or disability. The organization offers community case management, community integration services, clinical services, daily living support services, and residential services. ESM operates three divisions in Maine: Central Division in Augusta, Northern Division in Cornville, and Western Division in Auburn. The organization is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
