EMPACT Suicide Prevention Center

EMPACT – Suicide Prevention Center offers comprehensive crisis and community behavioral health services to children, adults, and families across Maricopa and Pinal counties. The organization operates office locations in Tempe, Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, and the city of Maricopa. Services include crisis intervention, suicide prevention and postvention, trauma healing services, and transitional living programs. The center provides language and communication assistance at no cost to members with limited English proficiency. EMPACT-SPC serves all patients regardless of ability to pay and offers a discounted sliding fee schedule based on family size and income.
