Embrace U is an evidence-based outpatient therapy provider serving adolescents ages 10-18 across Tennessee with locations in Brentwood, Chattanooga, Collierville, Knoxville, and Mt. Juliet. The care team includes a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed therapists, and registered nurses. Embrace U offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs designed to help adolescents develop coping skills, stronger self-esteem, and better communication while managing mental illness symptoms. Treatment includes group therapy, individual and family therapy, psychiatric nurse check-ins, and educational assignments. Both programs are designed to support participants experiencing suicidal thoughts.
