EJAL Health Services is a family-owned outpatient methadone maintenance clinic that has been serving the community for 30 years since 1996. The clinic specializes in opioid use disorder treatment using evidence-based, personalized care. Services include methadone maintenance treatment administered under medical supervision, integrated counseling, group therapy, case management, and peer support. The clinic offers same-day methadone treatment with walk-ins welcome, extended hours including early morning (5:00 AM weekdays, 6:00 AM Saturdays) and Saturday availability, and after-hours support for enrolled patients. Treatment is available in person and via telehealth counseling. The clinic is CARF-accredited and certified by the State of Maryland. Guest dosing services are available for travelers. No intake fees are charged.

Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
