Eastern Oregon Recovery Center (EORC), formerly known as Eastern Oregon Alcoholism Foundation, has provided specialized residential inpatient treatment for substance use disorders since 1960. Located in Pendleton, Oregon, EORC operates a 36-bed residential facility serving men and women in Eastern Oregon. The center offers compassionate, trauma-informed care utilizing a full continuum of care approach aimed at achieving stability, independence, and purpose. Treatment begins with a comprehensive Bio-Psych-Social Substance Use Assessment (ASAM) including oral interview, urine analysis screening, and review of referral documents, followed by collaborative development of individualized treatment plans. EORC also provides alcohol and drug-free transitional and multi-family housing for qualified low-income individuals and families who have successfully completed treatment, supporting long-term sobriety, self-sufficiency, and community reintegration.
