EMASS is a Missouri-based provider offering evaluations, education, and intervention programs related to substance abuse, alcohol use, domestic violence, and anger management. The organization provides SATOP evaluations and classes certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, serving individuals with DWI-related offenses and those requiring license reinstatement. EMASS offers multi-level SATOP programming (OEP, WIP, CIP, SROP), ADEP for minors in possession of alcohol, and REACT screening and educational programs for felony drug-related offenses.
