DUI Evaluation and Treatment Servs

DUI Evaluation & Treatment Services was founded in 1999 and is located at 1999 Wabash Ave, Suite 209, in Springfield, Illinois. The practice is licensed through the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (IDHS DBHR) to conduct DUI evaluations and treatment programs required by Illinois courts and the Secretary of State. The practice provides DUI evaluations, Driver's Risk Education, Early Intervention Services, and outpatient treatment. All evaluations follow the ASAM Criteria, 4th Edition, the national standard for substance use assessment and treatment placement. The practice conducts thorough, individualized assessments and provides documentation for Secretary of State administrative hearings for clients seeking license reinstatement. Services are available in-person at the Springfield office and via telehealth for clients throughout Illinois and out-of-state.
