Innovative Counseling and Consulting (ICC) is an outpatient behavioral health provider located in Memphis and Somerville, Tennessee. The organization provides treatment for substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders in adults and adolescents. ICC offers multiple levels of care including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) providing 20 hours of intensive treatment weekly, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) providing at least 9 hours of intensive therapy weekly, and standard outpatient services. Services are designed to help clients continue work, school, and family obligations while receiving treatment. Therapeutic activities include meditation and relaxation classes, motivational enhancement, group therapy, individual counseling, life skills workshops, substance abuse education, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention workshops. The agency is funded in part through a grant contract with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
