Clients meet with both a counselor and a medical provider to develop a plan tailored to their needs. The practice welcomes walk-in clients Monday through Friday, and all community members are welcome to access services. Specific populations such as Tribal members and pregnant individuals are encouraged to call for services. Free transportation to and from the facility is available for appointments. The intake process involves filling out admission forms, with staff available to assist. The practice operates multiple locations, including clinics in Anacortes at 8212 S. March Point Road, Bellingham at 2030 Division Street, Suite B, Concrete at 44942 State Route 20, and La Conner at 17337 Reservation Road, which also houses the Swinomish Wellness Program. Each location has specific clinic hours and dedicated MOUD (Medication for Opioid Use Disorder) dosing hours from Monday to Saturday.

What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonWalk-in clients are welcome Monday through Friday, and should bring a picture ID. Upon arrival, clients will fill out admission forms with staff assistance, then meet a counselor and a medical provider to develop an individualized medication and treatment plan. Free transportation is available for appointments, and clients may receive their first dose of addiction medication during this visit.
