Services are offered across multiple locations including North County Hub and South County Hub in LaPine, Oregon. The department operates evidence-based programs such as Assertive Community Treatment, Community Outreach and Stabilization Teams, and Harm Reduction programs, along with family support services, school-based health centers, and prevention programs addressing suicide, substance misuse, and gambling harm.
