Delphi Rise

Delphi Rise is a nonprofit organization offering services across substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery in Monroe and Wayne Counties. The organization provides 24/7 clinical evaluations and open access substance use evaluation and support services through their Open Access clinic. Treatment services include on-site and in-community substance use treatment and outpatient care without waiting lists. Support from Peer Advocates with lived experience is available. Beyond clinical services, Delphi Rise offers holistic recovery support including housing assistance through rapid rehousing programs, food pantry services, job search assistance, vocational training, and reentry services for individuals transitioning back into the community. School-based prevention services include education and counseling across 18 school districts, along with Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid training. The organization serves over 5000 clients across its seven services.
