Dr. Debby Patz, PsyD, LAC, is a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado and New Jersey, and a licensed addiction counselor & registered yoga teacher based in Colorado Springs. She offers virtual and in-person individual therapy in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Her practice specializes in treating clients who experience complex trauma, dissociative disorders including DID, substance misuse, and behavioral addictions such as gambling. Dr. Patz's therapeutic approach is described as honest, compassionate, and straightforward, with a sincere goal to partner with clients for real-time growth and recovery so they can move toward their optimal state of wellbeing. Her work is person-centered and mindfulness-based, utilizing methods such as EMDR and elements of IFS.
