The program limits sessions to eight participants, working with the same individuals through the duration of the program. Afterwards, a weekly no-cost aftercare group is offered to those who share the objective of successfully overcoming gambling addiction. The gambling-specific curriculum focuses on digital hygiene, sharpening mental focus, and limiting distraction. They have dedicated clinical staff with over 50 years of combined experience treating problem gaming. The program combines six hours of weekly group therapy and a single hour of individual counseling with a trained gambling addiction specialist. Group sessions take place virtually during after-work hours on weekday evenings. Topics covered include financial literacy, coping with gambling urges and cravings, healthy relationships with money, communication skills, setting boundaries, and rebuilding trust and relationships.
