Crown Medical Support Services

Crown Medical Support Services Clinic (CMSSC) is a nonprofit, culturally specific essential community clinic established under Minnesota statute 69Q.19 and licensed as a 245G organization. The clinic provides primary care, substance use disorder treatment, mental health services, and related healthcare to individuals and families. Founded in 2004 in Minneapolis, CMSSC opened a second location in Brooklyn Park in 2008 to serve patients in the surrounding areas. The clinic serves minorities, uninsured individuals, and other patients seeking primary care, treatment for substance use disorders using buprenorphine (suboxone), mental health screening and counseling, COVID-19 testing and vaccination, and additional services. The clinic is staffed with board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical counselors.
